I like it, too. A lot. I also like the first mod, but fear I would need that bone structure (without the cheeky padding), to carry it off.
Heh. The Shirley-in-turtleneck is one of the pictures in my Rock Star Fashion file.
When I opened the second picture of Shirley (the one with the cool sneer), for a second, I thought, "j? Nah. Too angry, but..."
I really, really like this cut.
It would be very fetching on you.

Did someone offer to email me a sample invoice for billing hours for contract work? I need a good one to send.

I wish I had that bone structure, though. But thank you!

I can send you the kind of invoice I use for copyediting and copywriting, if you want. It's basic, and with an adjustment or two, it should work.
That'd be great, AmyLiz! Thanks.

Heh, well she was one of the hottest models of the sixties so...
But it would work on you. Chipped out bangs, short hair but longer layers.
Sending in a minute, Cash.
But it would work on you.
What I need to find is a stylist here who could do it right.

I could translate it into stylist-speak for you.
Spent a few hours with Sean today. He's a wreck and there's a lot of scary stuff going on with S. that is making this experience even scarier. I don't feel I have a right to say more, so I'll leave it at that. Regardless, I hope we were able to distract him for a bit. We fed him at Coco's and then ran down to Lowe's to pick up a few things before driving him back up to Sylmar where S. is being treated. He'll probably come back by our house on his way home later. Continued good vibes are very much needed both for him and for S.
Also, I'm starting a wee We Feed Because We Love campaign. If you live in LA and would be willing to cook some kind of lasagna or casserole or somesuch that they could eat, drop me an email at my profile addy. Sean said he'd be much more likely to eat if he had something on hand, and I know S. won't be up to cooking even when she's released. I figure even if a few people in the area could cook once or twice and we staggered the deliveries, we could help them out for a couple of weeks. I'm going to bake a lasagna later tonight to cover the next couple of days. The thing is that they don't have any local family and S. doesn't have insurance, so this is really tough for them. I figure food is a small way to tell them we love them.
