Buffy: A Guide, but no water or food. So it leads me to the sacred place and then a week later it leads you to my bleached bones? Giles: Buffy, really. It takes more than a week to bleach bones.

Spike's Bitches 31: We're Motivated Go-getters.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Mostly lurking...

Oh, Cashmere, that totally sucks. I'm so sorry.

Because books.

Oh, Cashmere, that sucks. He sounds like he doesn't know what he wants. But at least he'll pay you for your time.

{{{{Sean}}} I'm so sorry. I hope S is getting all the rest and care she needs.

What is even happening?

Well, I'm thoroughly bummed out. Job Guy cancelled our meeting today (an hour before it was supposed to happen). He's not going to go with me and asked me to submit a time record of everything I've done so far so they can pay me for that.

Oh, Cashmere. You've been working so hard. I'm so sorry. What a long, drawn-out process to go through, just to hear this. Again, I'm so sorry. It's totally their loss. Plus asshattery.

Because books.

Cindy, did you get my plaintive, helpless email the other day? I have a Vox question.

What is even happening?

Oh, shoot. Yes I did. I'm sorry. I have to go to the Vox site to figure it out, because I can never remember, and then I got distracted by something whiny shiny.

I will go check and answer, right now.

edit: insent

Punishingly Intricate

Sorry the job isn't going to work out, Cashmere.

You can't leave me to my own devices; my devices are Nap and Eat. -Zenkitty

Sorry about the job thing, Cash.

So, I realized that I haven't eaten since yesterday morning. I'm hungry, but I'm not sure I can keep food down.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

Sean -- first, let me say I'm sending good-health vibes to S. Lots of them.

Second, you need to eat (which you know), b/c it'll make you feel better and you'll be in better shape to take care of S. If you think you can't keep food down, try plain toast, or crackers, or a baked potato without anything on it -- something bland and unembellished and generally white/beige in color.

No vindaloo or habaneros, though.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

think simple eggs, rice, toast. if nothign else warm chicken broth or beef broth. I am guessing if you get something down, your body will welcome it. Not a good idea for you not to eat. It would be bad for S if you got sick.
