Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Oh man, Sean. I hope this is okay and she gets to stay as long as medically warranted.

meara, I've found that migraine-induced sleep doesn't really count against my normal sleep.

And FUCK I have a migraine and two classes to teach once I get out of the office. I hate being unreliable.

Good to know. Right now I'm feeling enough better that I got dressed, walked to my car to find my cellphone (thank goodness) and stopped at 7-11 to buy saltines to eat (which so far, are staying down). Bleah. I have no idea how you deal with this so frequently.

Actually what's most upsetting is that this is the second migraine in just over a week. NOT ON, BODY, NOT ON!

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Sean, health to S and peace and calm to you. {{{}}}

ChiKat, I know that it's necessary, but I always think it's criminal that they deliberately make you go hypothyroid.

Yeah, it pretty much sucks. Last time (it was almost 2 years ago now) was the best. I only had to go hypo for 5-7 days (with chemical assistance) instead of the 10-12 weeks. In fact, I'm overdue for that test now. I was supposed to go in April to start up the process again. I need to call my doc on that.

Good news, I will only have to do it this time and once more. Then, I won't have to do it again unless something wonky shows up. Yay!

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I'm sorry, Sean. Best vibes towards S.

It's not been a good week. Universe, don't make me come up there.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Oh no, Sean. My thoughts and prayers are with you and S.

I need the hivemind.

I am with baby Julia and P right now and we are working on the baby registry. What do new mothers / parents need? I need recs people!

Lots of folks swear that a bouncy chair is a godsend.
