I thought married men lived longer, but married women lived less long. Has that changed?
I think both men and women get a boost in life expectancy from marriage, but if I recall correctly, the men get about twice the boost women get. Their boost is attributed living less dangerously than single men. I think the women's boost is attributed to having a better financial situation.
