Verizon phone/DSL are EVIL. Their wireless department is less so, but only in comparison to Sprint.

Spike's Bitches 31: We're Motivated Go-getters.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Happy Anniversary Aimee, Joe -- you're two of my favorite people and one of my favorite couples.
I was picking up my relatives from the San Jose airport last night. I got there way early, and I made one round to get an idea of where the terminal was. On the way out, I saw a sign that read CELL PHONE WAITING AREA.
I had no idea what it meant. Was that the place you got your cell phone back if they took it away from you? They have a whole area for that?
And then, as I made the turnaround, I saw that it was a small parking lot, and it dawned on me.
It was the area...where you waited to be called on your cell phone! THIS IS THE BEST INVENTION EVER. All airports should have one.
National has one! And I think Dulles does too.
Oakland airport calls theirs the Park & Call. It used to be very close to the terminal - where the taxis wait for their turn at the curb - but it got moved out by employee parking. Still very convenient. It would be better with free WiFi, but what wouldn't?
Does anyone know where I can find our Chicago pictures? I want to show someone the blue dress.
My spreadsheets convinced Job Guy that I know what I'm doing and talking about. He's giving me a template of their analysis and I'm going to complete six different proposals for six companies they want to woo by next Wednesday. If I don't screw up (meaning if my numbers match their numbers) I get the job.
Waiting for the email with the template now.
CELL PHONE WAITING AREA
LAX has one too but it's kinda far out from the terminals, still pretty convenient. Free WiFi would rock there - I'd be early to pick up my brother all the time!
EtA: Go Cash with those awesome skillz! Very cool, you'll knock 'em dead!
Go Cash with your mad spreadsheet skillz!
Happy Joe & Aimee day!
No goat girl, or goat boy, either. But it does have the Goose Girl.
There are so many stories--mainly Nordic and Asian--that I've never heard. I'm having to do research. Which, as we all know, I *hate.* Yeah, uh-huh.
We just started with the Inner Child cards yesterday--the deck is larger than usual, and very brightly colored, and the majors each have a story per card, too. There's less overlap than I'd expected, so...more stories!
