No goat girl, or goat boy, either. But it does have the Goose Girl.
There are so many stories--mainly Nordic and Asian--that I've never heard. I'm having to do research. Which, as we all know, I *hate.* Yeah, uh-huh.
We just started with the Inner Child cards yesterday--the deck is larger than usual, and very brightly colored, and the majors each have a story per card, too. There's less overlap than I'd expected, so...more stories!
Yay, Cashmere! As I said, fabulous skills!
Trudy, here's a page with some of DX's pictures from the Chicago F2F: [link]
That's the only one of my bookmarks from that F2F that still works. But the 3rd or 4th picture down has you, wearing the dress.
Beverly-maybe you could help me with something. Speaking of picture decks. I use the Aquarian deck, almost exclusively and I have a Rider-Waite deck someone gave me. But a few years ago, I took a class where one of the participants had a deck that I 'thought' had faerie in the title. The graphics were striking and the cards had unusual titles. One, of a gobleny fellow with gnarly fingers over his eyes, was titled 'Gotcha.' Another has beautiful nude female figures. I've searched stores and websites to no avail.
Ever seen anything like that?
Yay Cashmere!
Needing some car ~ma for sj, please. She was on her way to drop off the car to the mechanic (car might need new brakes and transmission) when she was in an accident with an ambulance (no siren but came up fast behind her, went to swerve around her and side-swiped her car). No injuries but she's much shaken up and worried about costs and possible ticket and being without her car. Any and all ~ma would be appreciated.
I'm glad sj wasn't hurt. Much car-associated~ma to her.
I'm happy you got good feedback on the work, Cashmere.
