Mal: You tell me right now, little Kaylee, you really think you can do this? Kaylee: Sure. Yeah. I think so. 'Sides, if I mess up, not like you'll be able to yell at me.

Spike's Bitches 31: We're Motivated Go-getters.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Ann, that's a ferret.

I re-read it recently. It's an interesting play, to say the least. Though it's more Dr. Dysart's play than Alan's.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

It's a tie between b and f. I don't have to pick just one, do I?

I'm getting the pig!

All kinds of ~ma to you, Raq!

Amazing Grace. Gah. Kills me. Comforting thoughts to Tep and Tep's family.

Hope everyone that's on vacation is having a lovely time! My wonderful houseguest Katie Bee is on her way up to the mountains now and I'm already missing her. *pout* The pets are going to miss her, like, WHOA!

I don't wanna work today.

I'm getting the pig!

Answer to Calli's quiz: B, D2 and F.

Multiple choice = multiple answers, right?

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Health-ma to Raq!

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

I don't have to pick just one, do I?

Nope!

Multiple choice = multiple answers, right?

Absolutely. I'm thinking about getting a tattoo again, and a Viking long-ship is currenty at the top of my list.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I'm thinking about getting a tattoo again, and a Viking long-ship is currenty at the top of my list.

Oooooh! Do it, do it!

(I wasn't sure what the context of your question was initially -- a Viking ship tat sounds WAY cool!)

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Kristin is every bit the imp she is rumored to be, for the record.

Pete is, as ever, adorable. (THREAD HUNT THIS, MISTAH!)

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Family sure is tiring. Forcibly squelching my desire to (1) be a bitch, and/or (2) flee the drama, is REALLY tiring.

Man, I hear that.

Glad you're surviving.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

He used to sing the Ballad of the Green Berets all the freaking time (no, he wasn't a Green Beret; he just liked the damn song), and if there was any dignified way to work it in, I'd be campaigning hard for it.

Just play it softly as people are filing out? Or in? Or both? Or at whatever point the drinking starts crank it?

My cousin's air force funeral had a fly-over. Big deal, big honor, LOUD AS HELL and a little scary since we didn't know it was coming. And I was helping his grandmother stand up and hardly saw it anyways. Ah well. I always think about the guys flying the planes and how sad the must be for them to do.
