This particular Russian restaurant is of the weird, never-open,possibly a front for the Russian mafia variety.

We had one of those that my restaurant-reviewer friend kept trying to take a group to. It seems to be gone for good now but sounded like it would have been a fun, if odd and a little dangerous, time.
