And almost sixty-five percent of that was actual compliment. Is that a personal best?

Thrive to spite them

I keep considering getting him some stairs, but that just seems silly

I'm not sure if it would work for Toto, but instead of stairs I have a little wooden stool at the end of the bed to help my old lady kitty Anna get on the bed.

Ann, that's a ferret.

Teddy uses a low nightstand to climb on the bed. Not sure it would work as well for a dog, though, especially if you actually store things there.

Oh, that's a good idea.

Awwww...so sweet. Not sure it would work for Toto, but so cute!

I think he's gonna actually be ok in the new apartment. The bedroom is MUCH bigger, so he can get a bit of a running start.

My parents have the exact same bed as mine in their guest room. I took the dogs in there to go to bed one night when I was staying out there and realized I'd forgotten something. So, I left the room. When I got back, Toto was curled up on the bed. The only thing I could think of was that he could actually get a bit of a running start, 'cause the guest room is bigger than my room. So, hopefully, it won't be an issue anymore.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Pet steps, not so silly. When dogs are tiny or old they do need help.

Oddly enough, I woke up 45 minutes before everyone else this morning and had time for a shower. I've substituted diet coke for coffee this morning, though. I'm also eating a rice krispy square for breakfast. That's healthy, right? It's cereal, after all.

Much job~ma to teacup guy. I hope he hears some good news soon.

I worked as backstage labor when Bowie's Glass Spider tour came to Chapel Hill. I got to wander around backstage before hand, watch the show for free (waaaaay up in the nose-bleed seats, but did I mention the free bit?), then afterward I moved a bunch of trunks around. And then a week later a wee check arrived. Best part-time job evah!

Gronk.

I'm a bad person. The dog got into the kitchen garbage some time during the night. I noticed as I was leaving the house at 5:45am. I did not clean it up.

Did I mention the gronk?

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Teddy uses a low nightstand to climb on the bed.

I'm tired enough this morning that I read "Teddy" as "Teppy."

I am made entirely of gronk.

Now I'm picturing Teppy climbing the nightstand to cannonball onto the bed.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

We are sure that Percy will need a stool to get in to bed eventually. The hard part will be convincing him to use it to get down ( he already has some arthritis in his sholders) However, it has been way too hot for hom to sleep in bed with us this week.

coffee comes from the coffee shop. I find it hard to make coffee at home.
