I love my son, I really do. And I have not spent all that much time with him recently. So on one level, I'd love to have a mommy/son weekend - but this is not THAT weekend (I'm not that girl).
I AM working hard on stuff for him for next weekend. I am hoping to work out a surprise trip to Disneyland as part of the next tournament weekend. He turns 10. My son. Double digits. YIKES!!!!
I agree with everyone else Suzi. You need a weekend to do what you want (well, that, plus some work) (and maybe what Juliana and I want), and not what other people want.
Tap dances through the thread, tossing glitter.
So basically my silver lining could have been attained easier? Damn it!
Yup. All of the award. None of the maiming.
I'd dance, but I've been too lazy to put my bra cups back up, as I know the boobies are doomed to be attacked by rabid toddler mouth with little to no warning at any given moment.
I'll dance for you. No one is terribly interested in my boobies these days, so I'm good to go.
