Too much wine for that . bookcases are nearer to completetion. DH's interview went well. thru the grapevine my supervisor ( who did not know beforehand, but I know how tiny the library world is ) said my interview wnet well. Watched Corpse Bide, which we liked. my ankles hurt.

Cleared up all my threads by skipping to recent. Getting ready for the road trip finally. Still a little touched that the boys preferred to drive with us to NY rather than flying. Now I need to go kick their butts and get them to pack their stuff.

The advice you and Nutty sent concerning staying in the Providence area made sense. I haven't made any decisions or reservations yet. I know Sheila will be going, but I haven't decided whether I will join her.

DH, the kids, and I went out to breakfast and then they headed off toward Stockton and I buzzed over here. This morning was much better than last night - no last minute guilt trips or arguments. Mom should be heading out of town soon, so by the time I get home I'll have a quiet house.
