[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I can't even.

unfortunately, my brilliant plan doesn't always work, since people expect me to be late, so they delay the start. bastards!

I got to be too predictable in how late I was going to be, so I vary it now. Sometimes I even get there first to get the table, then I go insane with the waiting and kick into accelerated drinking mode.

I am much more likely to be on time if eating or parking is at stake. I often get to places exactly at 6:30, because that's when the rush hour parking opens up. I'll even be early to get a parking space.

Yup. Or needle you until you show up early just to piss them off.

connie, roommate~ma for you and DH. vw and Emily, I'm righteously offended on your behalf and firmly believe you should open a can of whoop-ass on your lousy landlord.

The status is NOT quo.

Maybe they hate waiting too..

I work very hard to be on time. I don't always succeed, but I really do try to be considerate of others. I just thought that Vortex's post was funny, is all.

Oooh, you are so in for it now! Poking karma with a pointy stick is never a good idea. Still, I shall think good thoughts.
