Is Emily around at all? I just remembered that I'm having dinner tonight with my dad, who does tons of volunteer work with the Oakland school board and knows lots of teachers and principals and miscellaneous admin folks. Is there any interview-prep stuff you'd like me to pick his brains about?

The only reason I don't think it is thyroid is because I have had it checked before and it has been fine. Plus, wouldn't I be losing weight rather than gaining it?

Suzi, I think if your thyroid was underactive, you would be more inclined to gain.
