Happy Hec Deb Nic day!

'Never Leave Me'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Happy Hec Deb Nic day!
ImHoTep! HepDebNic! HepDebNic! HepDebNic!
Happy Birthday, Hec, Deb, and Nic! Clearly this was a banner day for future Buffistas.
eep! Happy birthdays Deb and Nic!
Happy birthday, everyone!
Especially Hec, Deb, and Nic.
And the serial comma.
OMG. Agent just *showed up* to show the apartment. Didn't call. NOTHING.
This is not ok.
Did you let them in? I'd work on excuses why you can't, if you don't want to go with the simple "This is not ok."
I did let them in, but we had a little "talk" about the fact that she really must call first...even if it's from downstairs.
I've resigned myself to not having 24-hours notice, but I am going to require notice from here on out. I'm trying to be flexible, because I want them to rent the place quickly.
At least poor Emily was dressed. She quickly ran back to her room and made her bed...
Don't let them in again, vw. That's just wrong. You could have been in the shower or something.
Well, I KNOW! If someone was in the shower, I wouldn't have let them in.
Emily made a good point. I come across very polite, kind, nice, professional, etc., so people may not realize that they're imposing. But, I made it very clear that she needs to call first. And, if she doesn't, well, next time I embarrass her in front of clients.
This also pisses me off, 'cause the agency I used would have NEVER pulled this crap. They are SO respectful of current tenants. So, this just shocks me.
