Has where you bend when you tilt your torso to the side changed, or just where you are smallest across?
Where I average smallest across has moved up. Now it's smaller for an inch or two above my navel instead of above and below. Belts no longer ride as neatly on my hipbone. It's more on top of the obliques.
Thanks for the clarification.
Bodies are so interesting and weird.
I want my 12" back. Used to have it thick or thin. I think I'm at 10" now, post-baby.

Last time I got proud of my obliques development, a cousin pulled down her towel and showed me that, viewed from the front, her hips were narrower than her waist.
Those were some boy muscles.
I just received the following e-mail forward (censored for content):
My question is: do we need to “add” to the timeline this [step]?
There will be a [step here] as I understand but am trying to figure out if this is an “additional” step that needs to be planned for.
Thanks in advance for any “knowledge” you can provide on this.
[We will meet with MPC] to see what “services” they potentially could provide for finishing [our reports].
I don't think she's trying to be funny, but it's very funny.
Ah, quotation marks. So misunderstood. So unintentionally funny when they are.
I'm glad my "knowledge" is held in such high regard, but it's no matter because I'm looking forward to these "services."
I used to have a 14" differential and worried that my hips were too big.
I'm down to 8" at last measuring. And not from anything getting smaller or muscular development.
I had a co-worker at one point who tried to avoid any exercise that worked his obliques on the theory that bulking them up would make his love handles more noticeable. I think that was based on "knowledge".
No way I've ever had double digits on that measurement.
Someone, anyone, please give me permission to kill. That's all I need. Really. Just give me a "Go forth on a rampage of wanton death and destruction," please. Ta ever so.
