Be sure you both drink lots of water, it helps a little bit with adjusting to altitude. And that might help with the frustration.

Doesn't help that we are both PMS'ing also. She just went back to bed. Tear tracks still fresh on her face. Caused by me telling her to not give up and to have faith in herself.
