Spike's Bitches 31: We're Motivated Go-getters.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Am full of gronk and crankiness. This is not good. I know I slept last night, but I'm so ready for a nap. We have two games ahead of us and a team dinner at "Texas Roadhouse".

Gloomcookie - I have found Brit-speak creeping into my vocabulary. I love using "brilliant".

What is even happening?

IIRC, you name the filter "default" and Bob shall become your uncle. (IOW, you'll be able to just click your flist like before, but there will be No Stinking Feeds.)

Thanks, Plei. I tried that once before, but it never stuck for some reason. It was a long time ago, and I was just trying to filter out communities at the time, I think. It was a long time before I had so many feeds.

I've never had an uncle named Bob, as strange as that seems. I hope he likes carrots.

I have found Brit-speak creeping into my vocabulary. I love using "brilliant".

Having recently rewatched the BBC The Office and now seeing Mr. Izzard, my love of Brit-speak is looming large. Also I've decided I hate the word awesome. It needed a replacement. Brilliant is it.

ND and I are going to see Eddie Izzard this week--he's playing in the theatre that ND has a show up in currently (Jonathan Larsen's Tick Tick Boom), so we can watch Izzard from the sound booth after the play ends...and maybe meet him! I'm trying not to be too excited.

Cool! That's where we saw him, too. That's a nice theater. The attached pub was also great.

Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

Morning, All.

Yay for cells-reproducing-at-more-or-less-appropriate-rates Dallas!

Captain Appropriate is just not driving the tugboat.

sj, I also like dress #1, but I know crap-all about fit and all that. I just go, "ooo, pretty!" Oh, out of curiosity, have you had a chance to send the books you were getting rid of yet? (SWEAR I'm not hinting/pressuring, just want you to know in case the mail's been lost). Also go you with the mad unpacking and straightening, now with added family-visit-pressure!

I saw Eddie Izzard on Friday night.

JEALOUSJEALOUSJEALOUSJEALOUSJEALOUS

For those of you keeping track at home, I've now finished 12 of my 15 chapters, 100% on all the tests. Just have to finish the last three chapters, then go back and do the homework (for all 15). 2 hours of dance class tonight and a baseball game tomorrow night (both paid for/not willing to miss), but still I can do this! Though the fact that I'm actually hoping for a virus to keep me home from work one day this week is sorta sad...

it was unfortunate that it was not you, as then I could have gotten a hug and a kiss, which I could use this gronktastic morning, Day 21 of Work Till I Drop, on which I have a headache and my shoulder is hurting more than it has been.

Oh, P-C, that is sucktastic. Continued healing-ma, with a hearty helping of work not eating your brain-ma. {{{ P-C }}} (keeping a little distance to not jostle ouchy shoulder)

In conclusion, let's make out.

Nope. I am bad. When I moved I think I sent them to Mom's. I am going to try to locate them on Wednesday and send them out.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Oh! I meant to get tickets to see Eddie Izzard! Dammit. But I don't have the cycles to go out, really, anyway.

I got to go have drinks with him a million years ago. He's unsurprisingly cool.

I am replacing the word "awesome" with the word "brilliant" in my vocabulary.

This is one of my favorites as well. I use "brill" for short.

I am bad. When I moved I think I sent them to Mom's. I am going to try to locate them on Wednesday and send them out.

Not bad! Crazy-busy, yes. Not bad. Please do not knock yourself out on my behalf! Whenever you get around to it, it will be a nice surprise. No stress! I insist!

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Had a great time with Hec and JZ at brunch. JZ has reached the stage of pregnancy where she looks AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL, what with the glowing and curves added to her normal gorgeous eyes and lovely smile. And Hec's long hair was totally styling. The BF really enjoyed talking music in depth with Hec. A good time was had by all!
