The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Stranger Danger! Run for your liiiiiiiiiiiiives!

Pfft. Remember, Ozzie knows where you live.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I have a massive Bruise of Unknown Origin (BOU!) on my ankle. Are you sure you haven't already told him where to find me?

Love the pics, Robin! Happy, pretty people!

Mostly lurking...

I don't need it, but it's beautiful

Just focus on this. Especially if you could afford it. We have to have stuff we don't "need."

ITA, which is very different from "ita," who I'm agreeing with.

Timelies!

What is even happening?

I loaded the page wrong, or loaded the page twice, or whatever. At any rate, whatever I did made me jump over a lot of stuff, and there's no way to get it back that doesn't involve more effort than is currently at my disposal, because there's not enough GRONK in the world, today.

That said...

SHE'S FINE SHE'S FINE SHE'S FINE SHE'S FINE SHE'S FINE!!!!!!!!
It's benign. Sooooooooooo relieved. So very very relieved.

YAY! I'm so so so happy for you and Dallas, Trudy.

Also?

Robin and the WBBF are even cuter together than I'd imagined. I've seen pictures of Robin, but never of the WBBF. Thanks for linking that here, Robin.

Finally, and in conclusion, I'd finally trained myself not to type "Lee" and to stick to "Perkins" and what happens?

move out and draw fire

Me, I'm going with Leperkins, kind of like leprechaun.

After some protest, Mallory went down for a hella long second nap (despite the landlord's daughters blasting their stereo and screaming) and I've run out of things to do while waiting for him to get up so we can go swimming. This is a new and interesting situation.

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

Leperkins

Sort of sounds like a new troll doll with interesting diseases if you dip it in cold water, and get rid of them with warm!

I still had to go back and change Perkins to Lee...err other way around... before I hit post, so I'm good. Except for where I compare her to a leprous troll doll.

Timelies. I think the gronk is gonna need a pot of coffee today.

HEY

eta: Don't wanna be a troll doll. Maybe I need to change my name...

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

To Leperkins? I think that won't work out how you think.

Deena, you are so right about the gronk.

Despite the gronk, I think I'm going to make strawberry shortcake for breakfast.

My mom's shortcut for the shortcake, heh, was to make really simple drop-biscuits (using Jiffy baking mix or Bisquick to make it even quicker sometimes), but add about a tablespoon of sugar to the batter and sprinkling a little bit on top. So they're very lightly sweet, but fluffy and warm from the oven. They only take about six or seven minutes to bake, IIRC, and so so good.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Deena, the gronk is very strong today over here too. Teacup Guy's family decided yesterday that we are going to meet where we live rather than where they live. Which means that I get to clean our entire apartment today.
