First of all, Robin, you look *so* fabulous, as does BF. I like the first one best.

Spike's Bitches 31: We're Motivated Go-getters.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Yeppers, Aims, you are rude, dumb and a bad mom. But I like you anyways.

Heh. Airline travel makes me cringe and want to hide.
Waves to the board from Denver!!!
Here safe and sound, wandering the net and waiting for Nicole.
I hope the gals are having fun at the A's/Giants game. I'm a bad fan and haven't even checked the score. Last night's game was an exciting see-saw (A's won).
Great pictures Robin! Ya look good together. Nice that he had to get a portrait, since if you are like us, it's unlikely that you would have gone otherwise. Nice color choice with your hair.
We're having popcorn with parmesan cheese for dinner again. Twice in a week. I'm a bad, bad roommate.
Who's a good little cancer-free cocker spaniel? Is it Dallas? I think it is. (virtually pets Dallas)
Glad Dallas is okay! And what a beautiful doggie she is!
Yay, Dallas! Good doggy! Good, girl!
Popcorn sounds like a good supper to me, vw.

WE DID! I wore green just for you, and the As were up by a lot, but then Juliana and I had to leave early, at the start of the bottom of the ninth, and the Giants tied it up just as got outside the stadium and then they won and did you have to pay for the tickets, because we'd all like to pay you back if you did.
Yay Dallas!
My first day of actual teaching starts tomorrow. Well, tomorrow, I just have to give them a pretest. But then, the next day, me, in charge of a class. Yikes. (Even though this is just a summer program, not actual school, and it's gifted kids, so generally well-behaved (though not always), and 11-13 year olds, so young enough so that they're maybe not all hormone-crazy yet, and some of them will be shorter than me, this is still a "Yikes.") Every other teaching situation I've been in before, I've been a teaching assistant of some sort, so that even if I was teaching a whole lesson by myself, there was someone else "in charge."
And I've now decided that the thing I had planned for the enrichment activity the first day is the boringest thing ever. And there's no time to fix it, except maybe to make some sort of story to go with it, but when I was a kid, I always thought those sort of story problems were dumb.
