Fortunately, the next landlord seems totally cool. He's a sales agent at the real estate agency I used. His current tenants liked him so much that they used him as their sales agent for the house they are buying. So, I figure he must be pretty decent.

My advisor for school is kind of an idiot. A nice idiot, but still an idiot, but I think I have everything figured out to post my first assignment by Tuesday. This is a school assignment not just any message board, you think she would have been a little more careful. My first assignment is to introduce myself. I hate that.
