Sorry, Captain. I'm real sorry. I shoulda kept better care of her. Usually she lets me know when something's wrong. Maybe she did, I just wasn't paying attention...

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Fortunately, the next landlord seems totally cool. He's a sales agent at the real estate agency I used. His current tenants liked him so much that they used him as their sales agent for the house they are buying. So, I figure he must be pretty decent.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

In honor of Teppy Day, I think we should all get naps and ice cream.
I've had my nap and am ready for my ice cream. It's too hot here today.

Congratulations, Cabil!

My advisor for school is kind of an idiot. A nice idiot, but still an idiot, but I think I have everything figured out to post my first assignment by Tuesday. Somebody already posted there first assignment and used "i" instead of "I" when refering to herself. This is a school assignment not just any message board, you think she would have been a little more careful. My first assignment is to introduce myself. I hate that. I'm boring and have nothing good to say about me.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

My guess is Shadyside High

Huh. I was going to go for Sunnydale, myself.

Kitties look ADORABLE. Absolutely gorgeous.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

It's a day dedicated to Teppyliciousness! Hope it's a great one.

Punctuation and/or congratulations to them's that needs 'em. The gronk is severely limiting my memory recall ability. Why on earth did I voluntarily come into the office immediately after stepping off a plane?

Empress, it only took me a half-hour to get to the airport. I ended up taking US-110 to the 105 to the 405 and was 2 hours and change early. I kept expecting to be hit by a bolt of lightning....

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Kitties are adorable (almost as adorable as Pete, without the looming). And it's amazing how many long-haird cats seem to be seriously stupid.

vw, your landlady was lucky you were in and the place was as neat as it was - you clean regularly, so I'm assuming it's more a matter of "stuff" lying around that dirt. I know here you have the right to refuse the landlord access to the place without prior warning unless it's an emergency.

Yeah. Exactly.

I know here you have the right to refuse the landlord access to the place without prior warning unless it's an emergency.

We do too, but it's hard to explain that to this particular landlady.
