I gave her everything... jewels, beautiful dresses -- with beautiful girls in them.

Spike's Bitches 31: We're Motivated Go-getters.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

JZ, do you know if their shoes are generally true to size?

Sparky, generally, yes (or, anyhow, they are for me at 9 1/2-10). And I just remembered that one of my favorite pairs of pumps came from them, too. So, really, it's just their boots that have been crap for me.

Librarian Warlord

Well, if they are true to size, then they're too big. ::pouts:: Really, I shouldn't be buying anything for a long time, since I went a little crazy when confronted with a sale rack of Eileen Fisher clothes.

Engineers ... many of them need ESL classes.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

I forget that in some places, there can be thrall from June. Here it's like "die, you bastard, die."

Yeah, where you are, erika, June exists mostly to wear us out so we are too tired to fight July and August.

Great - I need more shoes like I need more feet. And those prices are too good! That coupled with Sierra Traders having Keens and such on sale...sigh.

Speaking of spending money, here's an example of the kind of house you can get for $2million in Virginia [link] ...and here's what that $2million gets you in England [link] (I'm looking at Michael's Nook Cottage; can't link directly)

Define "cottage", please.

Well, it's not the grandest building on the property, so it's a cottage. Even tho it has 4/5 bedrooms.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I'm still convinced that was a smayish plot to make kitties fight.

I'm disinterested in cat fights unless it involves Trudy and Juliana in a wading pool filled with Chambord.

I'm glad Dallas is all better now.

Tzepesh has moved into the lead among my favorite cats in Jilli's house competition.

Fay is Very Brave Indeed.

When is Teppy's birthday anyway? Why doesn't somebody keep track of these things?
