Reavers ain't men. Or they forgot how to be. Now they're just nothing. They got out to the edge of the galaxy, to that place of nothing, and that's what they became.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

No water would be the death of someone. Not sure who, exactly, but someone!

Wah wah wah HOT.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

No water would be the death of someone. Not sure who, exactly, but someone!

And what she said.

Wouldn't that put you first? Ahead of beauty?

And what she said

I'm glad we made you laugh, Steph (YSB)

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

No, silly. I'm younger than Lee.

But you ran really fast. So you'd be first.

Sorry about that, but there it is.

Weird childcare.

Yeah, why they decided to try to fix the (long known) slow leak on the boiler during a FUCKING HEATWAVE is beyond me.

There's going to be a complex-wide outage thursday, but that looks like city work. Which again, dumb idea, but that's someone else being stupid.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Ugh. They have, for reals, turned off the airconditioning in our building to save power for the hospital. Everyone except my department got to go home and gets to stay home tomorrow, without taking a vacation day. We have to go in for the patients. Except, wait for it, I am the only admin in our department who doesn't deal with patients (I deal with students whose classes are cancelled), but I still have to go in. Frankly it really doesn't matter much, I am not air-cionditioned at home either, but I want my free vacation day to finish cleaning my house!

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Weird childcare.

IIRC, it or something like it was developed initially for NICUs.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Those hands seem creepy to have at your house. I can kind of see it in the NICU.

Ack, Sophia! Quelle suckage.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

That is so...strange.

Yep. From the Zaky site: The Zaky was originally designed for a premature baby that remained 5 months hospitalized.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

The Zaky site is blocked from work. Not sure why.

I think I'm discovering that I'm allergic to my new expensive lipstick, of which I bought two tubes. Pisser. It's so pretty.
