Mal: Zoe, why do I have a wife? Jayne: You got a wife? All I got is that dumbass stick sounds like its raining. How come you got a wife?

Our wings are not tired.

I was holding off comment on that fucking slimeball Gibson until the tirade story was better confirmed. But he's now apologizing for it, so I'ma take that as confirmation that he is indeed one of skeeviest, slimiest, most loathsome excuses for a human being.

Yeah. I had held off condemnation with the vague first reports, but today it is more clear. Having a problem with alcohol does not make a person a bigoted sexist pig. You were that way before you picked up the glass dude.

Mad Max was clearly a different actor. I feel the same way about Tom Cruise in Risky Business. I'm grateful that I was able to enjoy them before their insane personal behavior was so awful that it distracted from their work.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Oh, Megan. I can only imagine how hard this has been for your family. You're all in my prayers.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Oh, Megan, all my sympathies.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Megan, I'm so sorry.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Megan, thoughts with you and your family.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Megan, I'm so sorry. I'll be thinking of you and yours. Small blessing indeed that she died in the arms of her son, but that is a loved way to go.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Megan, my deepest sympathies to you, your DH and your family.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Megan, my deepest sympathies to you and your family. Peace to her, strength to you and yours.

This. Oh, so much this. I refuse to give up movies that made me smile, that I enjoyed, just because the lunatics who made them fired their PR people, or got so popular they figured they didn't have to hide how crazy they really are.

(((Suela))) It was your comment about the vet crying that tipped me into tears while I was catching up. Our vet did the same for our old Jennyanydots. It's never easy for us, but the animals know, and are grateful. You'll never find his like, but a new companion will find you, when you're ready.

Socks are a running theme throughout the series. They are used as symbols of freedom, redemption and love.

Megan, I'm so sorry. My deepest sympathies to you and B. Lots of ~ma to you and your families.
