Well, it's just good to know that when the chips are down and things look grim you'll feed off the girl who loves you to save your own ass!

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

smoked salmon?

Cats in a bath are always good for a laugh.

Unless they are in the bath with you. IJS.

I'd put curry tuna salad on the rye. OH! Or my fabulous chicken salad: chopped chicken, granny smith apples, those slivered almonds with a toffee or honey glaze (found in the salad section) and mayo. It's awesome on rye.

Bias cut linen flippy skirts are awesome, but a complete bitch to iron (it had been packed, so had creases.) Aack.

I just put curlers in my neighbor girl's hair. Pray they turn out ok. They'll be primping with curling irons and whatnot later, this was just to "get it started in the right direction." OK?

I really hope I'm not getting a cold. When I lean down, one side of my face feels full and I've been sneezing a bit more than usual.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Dudes (OK, "BB watchers"), Julie Chen said "showmance."

Oh, sara, the curlers will turn out fine, I am sure of it.

I like the idea of smoked salmon and cream cheese on rye.

What the hell does that mean? ("showmance"?)

Tomorrow night, I'm going to the Arena Players theater to see a production of a Sleep Beauty adaptation. Neighbor girl is the red witch. I've got nerves on her behalf. She's calm. Most she's worried about is her entire extended family is attending Saturday's show. Hee.

Pseudo-romance on the reality show. Big Brother, in this case, but there are totally showmances on Survivor, too.

Mmmm. So do I. I kind of wish I had that right now. Though I do have (ita, do not highlight the white font. I mean it.) egg salad from the Cheese Chalet, and I am decadently eating it on a croissant, and it is delicious!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I have learnt my lesson. Not highlighting.

I've started in on Deadwood. Almost through the second disc (S1E04). Took some getting into the rhythm, but I quite like it. Not sure why it didn't work out the first time round.

Yum! I keep meaning to make devilled eggs. Maybe this weekend.

So much for not highlighting.
