Well, it's just good to know that when the chips are down and things look grim you'll feed off the girl who loves you to save your own ass!

Shocked? Are these relatives that have never met him or seen him on television?

I'm sure he kept the fact that he was an N'Sync member pretty secret from his family. That's not the sort of thing you want your family to find out. I think any family would be shocked to find out a relative was a member of vapid boy band

Happy Birthday Kat!

My motivation has so flown the coop this morning. Even the promise of tacos cannot inspire me.

One fell out of my purse once and he jumped back 3 feet.

Hold on, are you saying they don't explode if touched by a boy?

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

I have an on-line book proposal up:

[link]

I open with the pull quotes from experts I nagged into reading the book and giving reviews. I have them in a two column format, because I thought they would be easier to read that way than stretched across the page.

But someone told that looks jarring, and they would be better in a single column layout. I have lousy taste in that sort of thing, so was hoping for buffista feedback on this point.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

a fun alternative to paintball.

Okay, paintball marks you. I'm scared to read that article and find out they're putting paint on the tampons, because that's just...yeah, no.

NSYNC's on hiatus? Isn't there an expiry date on that? Especially since Justin's an actor now (heh), and at least one of the members is nearing 40?

Separately, Happy Birthday Kat!

I think I would prefer single column, but I have no claim of layout skills.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Does Mark Bittman not know there are taco trucks in New York too?

I'm on a torta craze lately. Tonight will be milaneza and a jamica.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I took my car into the shop this morning. The engine light came on last night and stayed on. I don't know why I'm so paranoid about it. I hate using vacation time for this crap.

I would have preferred this to happen on Saturday, so I could take a nap until it was fixed.

Oh, and hey, Happy Birthday, Kat!

Tampon gun

Tampons are way too expensive for that shit. I'll stick with marshmallows, thanks.
