Lemon chicken is common out here and one of the few things Emmett will eat off a chinese menu.

Hmm. Just checked several Chinese menus I had. All listed Lemon Chicken. Never noticed that before. (None had prawns in any form. All had shrimp. FWIW.)

I know there are several restaurants around here that use prawns, so I wouldn't think either shrimp or prawn was unusual.

If I were reading a story that had people ordering garlic prawns and lemon chicken, I would not be thrown. I'd think they were eating Chinese, like you all said.
Speaking of eating, I had fresh, local corn for dinner, and it was so, so, so delicious.

so while finishing up stuff in the chicken I knocked a half-full can of tomato sauce off the counter. In an attempt to see the good in everything:
- That side of the kitchen floor is now hand scrubbed and doesn;t have to be mopped tomorrow
- It was only half-full
- not all of it spilled, so pizza later this week is still a go
- It didn't get on me, the walls, or anything that will stain
- It was a can not glass
