Cordelia: I get it now. You're all spies. Probably all Russian. And you've brainwashed me, and want me to believe we're friends so I'll spill the beans about some nano-technology thingy that you want. Gunn: So I look Russian to you? Cordelia: Black Russian. Angel: That's a drink.

Bag the crypto. Say what is on your mind.

She loves him enough, she said, to save him through artful surgery — if that's what it takes. "It can be removed," she said.

This is not true love.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Soooo, I'm having a not-so-great day at work, and when I finally sneak some time to skim Natter, I discover you people are talking about ocelots and Really Rosie ...

I love you all so very much. And now I'm going to listen to Really Rosie on my iPod.

Had a dream last night. Everyone in it was ear- and eye-budded into something recorded in the past. I was the sole participant in the now.

Actually, it was kind of dull.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

I had a dream last night that I was pregnant, only I hadn't had sex in 3 months and didn't know who got me pregnant. I got an abortion pill, but it got mixed up in the bottom of my purse with cold medication, vitamins and ecstasy, and I didn't know which pill did what.

Oh, and I kept losing my car, and I went back to teach the first day of school, but it was a disaster cause I was teaching Biology, not English, and you know -- PREGNANT -- and I also found out I'd slept with a friend on 12/2 and was trying to learn how to lasso stuff while he played an Alias videogame and tried not to talk to me about when he had sex with me.

And I ran in and out of a crack house.

I'm happy to be awake now.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I continue to be just as glad not to remember dreams.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Why do I read Salon's letter pages?

Why?

Oh, it was interesting! I kept going back to sleep to find out what happened cause, well, I had housework and/or lesson plans awaiting me on the other side.

Also, I've never even kissed this friend IRL, and I wanted to see what the sex was like. Alas, it never came up. I just know I had it.

It was very frustrating in my dream, Gus. I didn't know if I'd be unsniffly, proactively healthy, dancing or unpregnant.
