Yeah, this amazes me. Are we in the freaking dark ages? I feel like ConEd is not getting enough pressure about this.

Between that and the subway, I am really mystified. We have not had freakish weather for New York. Why does everything fall apart as soon as it's not 75 and partly cloudy??
