Angel: I appreciate you guys looking out for Connor all summer. It's just—he's confused. He needs time. That's all. Fred: Right. Time, and some corporal punishment with a large heavy mallet. Not that I'm bitter.

OMG, is anyone else watching So You Think You Can Dance?

I am, only not right now. I'm off to movies tonight, and am now convinced I should set the VCR. Yes, that was VCR, not DVR. I am such a Luddite.

OMG, is anyone else watching So You Think You Can Dance? Because this opening, while very un-them, is awesome! All zombie dancing corsets or something! Love!

Shoot, I missed the opening dance! But I am very happy with the bottom two girls and guys.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

My apartment has turned into cat trauma central.

Oh well.

Lee -- Like a trauma ward, or like trauma-inducing?

I fell asleep on the couch. Which I expected to do because I've done that all week. But this time I left the TV on, tuned to the Fine Living channel. And apparently they are doing a show where they toured really, really, nice houses that you can rent in exotic locations.

So I dreamed about visiting incredible houses. That part was neat, especially since I was just imagining the houses and they were very odd as a result. Then they visited a place in Hawaii, I think, and for some reason mentioned water volleyball -- at least I assume so, because in the dream I was playing something kinda like volleyball, but underwater. Deep underwater. Without scuba equipment or anything. Which was fine until I realized that I should probably be drowning, at which point suddenly I was.

So I'm very up. And inhaling more deeply than usual.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

OK, if I were fascist dictator, I'd require that all students take at least one class in logic and how to recognize logical fallacies.

If you were George Bush a fascist dictator, that's the last thing you'd want.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

I'm up, I'm up, but I should be in bed and Bob will be calling soon. But msbelle, you should not be up so late!

Much more of the latter, at least for the cats. I had to Change Things in the apartment, and it was not received well. For me, I actually got to laugh a lot.

I do not know what I would do if I had cats as high strung as yours. seriously, I am not sure how you cope.
