The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

ACK, Whitefont.

I haven't seen PR yet. Must.Be.Strong.

ita, did you see last night's Hustle?

Amy - Jul 20, 2006 4:58:50 am PDT #7628 of 10002
Because books.

I haven't seen PR yet. Must.Be.Strong.

Me, either. Of course, I turned on the Today Show for five minutes while getting the kids' breakfast and managed to be spoiled about who's out. Stupid show.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Why does string cheese taste so much better when you peel off strings to eat, as opposed to just biting off a chunk?

I dunno. Why don't you ask the mice?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I dunno. Why don't you ask the mice?

They're biased. Um, in favor of more testing.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Of course, I turned on the Today Show for five minutes while getting the kids' breakfast and managed to be spoiled about who's out. Stupid show.

This is why I try to watch the stupid reality shows ASAP -- too much risk of spoilage!!

Art Crawl!!!

I am very sad that Malan was the one who got kicked off of PR.. . I was really starting to enjoy him but seriously? His dress was the worst. Plus - unfinished.

I really really wish that either Vincent or Angela had been the one to go. To put us through that horror show that was their attempt at team-work without rewarding us by sending one of them home?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Lee, I'm in the middle of it now. Won't get it all watched before work, I fear.

But at least I'm going into the office! That feels like quite the achievement right now.

Did you know it is possible to slip and fall such that your left leg is stretched out before you, you land on the inside of the left knee, the outside of the right (which is somehow behind you) and yet are leaning forward on your forearms to the left and you haven't broken or torn anything?

Yeah, I didn't know it until today, either. I'm strangely bendy. My left knee is a little sore, but just bruise-sore, not wrenched.

It's been a strange day already. Maintenance man came to the door to fix the leak. Which is already fixed. As I left, I passed a parade of maintenance men heading towards my building (but without carpet cleaners.) I'm a bit afraid.

I can't figure out if I liked it, or was irritated by it, or both. I think I need to rewatch.

But at least I'm going into the office! That feels like quite the achievement right now.

YAY.

eta: Poor sarameg. Your fall sounds quite impressive, but ow.
