See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

We have that on DVD -- it even came to the SF2F hospitality suite for a bit, but I don't know if anyone actually saw it or if it got lost in the sea of Due South and vids.

Christopher Walken is totally my Weapon of Choice.

Watched a couple episodes of psych. I quite like it. The star's incredibly Zach Brafflike.

I like it, though I'm waiting for it to de-cute a little bit. I adore Dule Hill in it, which makes me happy.

You can get tickets online

You know, I saw that online, but I couldn't tell whether you had to order in time for them to send the tickets to you or just go with credit card to the will call window. As it turned out, there was no line. But, damn, the place was crowded. Fun, though. And, yes, I did pet the horseshoe crabs. And we saw the dolphin show - dolphins are amazing... and damn cute.

And from the land of billytea, I saw a kookaburra, a shingle-back skink [link] (a skink - I love that name), and a stick insect. The skink was cool - it's defense from predators is that its tail is shaped like its head, so it rolls up into a ball with its head (that picture doesn't really show it well) in and tail out to trick its predator into going for its tail, while the skink escapes with its head intact and grows a new tail.

Hi, Holli! Pretty sure I never posted with you, but I did meet you for about two seconds at the DC F2F.

Anybody going to the Inner Harbor, try not to get shot. (/Homicise likes carrots)

Totally thought of you today as I was driving through the streets of Baltimore, erika.

Timelies all!

Happy Birthday SA!

Holli was here, and I missed it? Foo...

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

so what do I need to go out for guac for?
I think I would have avocados on nearly *everything* if I could.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Tequila?

Chocolate?

I said nearly. And by nearly, I meant dessert. Dessert is post-avocado food.

And, yes, I did pet the horseshoe crabs.

Oh, good! I totally freaked out my friend's little brother when I took him to the Aquarium by holding the horseshoe crab. (He was 22. The little brother. I don't know about the crab.) I though he was going to scream and hide. I did manage to get him to touch the urchins, though. Glad you had a good time. Your mention of it reminded me I really need to go since there are a ton of new exhibits since I was last there.

My parents' zip code changed by one digit about 10 years ago. I still use the wrong one. I only discovered this last week. But there are maybe 5 zips for the whole area, so... My big problem is remembering what my own zip code is. It is one different from work and....I never recall which is which without looking it up.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Avocados for every meal is definitely my inclination.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

My work address and home address were so similar that I have to stop and think sometimes. (55 and 515. And the suite number at work 1500. My two home addresses before that were 1530 and 1535, totally on the other side of town from one another.)

Jesse, you may have all my avocados, in perpetuity.
