Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

In Madison there was a Christian whole-grain bakery (don't know if they still exist). There was a boycott against them because they had used their bread delivery vans to blockade abortion clinics.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

The cereal has part of the verse on the front:

" Take also unto thee wheat and barley and beans and lentils and millet and spelt and put them into one vessel and make bread of it. "

Turns out they also make bread.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

megan, I seem to remember something about a weak bleach solution for mold on books. hmmm . . .

eta: turns out I was wrong, but I found this on removing mold, from the UVA library, so it's legit.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I noticed religious cereal yesterday. Ezekiel (let me google for the correct reference)...Ezekiel 4:9 cereal.

They make tortillas too. Whole Foods sells them, at least down here.

Thrive to spite them

There's religious milk. I forget the brand but it's hormone free and (I think organic) and they sell it in glass bottles. You can't really tell it's religious except for the Bible verse at the bottom.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

And, thank goodness, I have made a haircut appointment for Friday at a reasonably-priced, reasonably hip, reasonably convenient, new place.

Hee. My cat is tiny! He'd have a hard time dragging me anywhere.

Now, running up to me, batting frantically at my feet, and dashing away, he's an expert at.
