Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

You could try throwing the shirt in the dryer first, to set the ink.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

There are spray fixatives for pencil work on paper. Art stores would have it, and you could ask if it would work on fabric. Or maybe someone at a screenprinter or art and hobby supply store would know. Also possibly someone at a fabric store that offers lots of crafting classes. 'Cause I sure don't know.

Because books.

I don't know -- I bet you anything putting it in the dryer for a bit first will set it just fine.

Our wings are not tired.

I should try the dryer thing. I have a number of shirts that they boys have that are signed and I've avoided washing them. It makes sense since the dryer surely sets stains.

What is even happening?

I would say loudly to the shirt, in front of the washer and dryer: "I really want all these signatures to wash out into one big smear. That's what I want, one big, runny, illegible smear."

You'll either keep the signatures, or have a completely clean T-shirt.

Seriously, I'd do what AmyLiz suggests. Then, I'd probably wet the shirt (no detergent) and dry it again. Then, I'd probably wait a while before washing it, anyhow.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

In a little bit we are heading downtown to the Spy Museum.(None of us have actually been there yet)

I went there when I was in DC last week. It's very fun but the lay out is not great--give yourself some time to really go through it, and feel free to jump ahead and go back if the circuit gets clogged up.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Heh. Emmett is watching South Park with Nicole and periodically keeps yelling out, "Go Canadians!"

Which I know would receive approval from many Buffistas.

I need to get there at some point.

msbelle, I saw your post, about 5 minutes ago. Alas, I am in Baltimore now. I did have rellenos, but at a place in Soccorro. I didn't hit Go Burger, but rather Burgertime for breakfast burritos of egg, chorizo, potato and chile. Twice. I got to watch thunderstorms hit both the Organs and the west mesa. I had green chile cheeseburgers (though sadly, not Sonic's. OMG how did I miss that!?!!) There was also posole and green chile enchiladas and shakuti (that was indian. Very hot.) Also? Strawberry shortcake. It was a crazy booked trip. Sunday was my birthday, Monday and Tuesday were museums and zoos in ABQ, Weds was taking my brother to the airport , thursday was visiting friends and friday, I left. Eeps! I probably could have used another couple of days. There was very little shopping, but a lot of family time, which was good.

And now? I go get the cat.

It's true. I like candy so much, I am highly in favor of the people who live there.
