In other cute animal photo news, I saw this series of kitty vs. stuffed crocidile pics linked from Cute Overload--so freakin' cute! Reminds me of my Amarna attacking her catnip-infused minipillow.

The stuffed crocodile menace really brings out the fierceness in kitties.
Oh dear ... babies and puppies and kittens. Not quite ded of the cute yet, but approaching it.
And I LOVE that first picture of the kitten!
Those kitten pictures are fantastic.
I love the one where the croc/kitty clinch looks like a scene from Alien.
I can't remember where the latest Deadwood discussion was, so I'll just link to Glark's Deadwood/Star Trek dadaism here.

Here there and everywhere, but I've been very surprised that no one has said a word about the latest episode and the absolutely appalling street fight (Bullock arresting Hearst is gonna bring some pain as well I reckon). I may have seen as grueling a fight scene before - RAGING BULL and the sword fights that end of ROBIN & MARION and ROB ROY come to mind - but I don't think I have on television (Joey Pants beating his girlfriend to death on THE SOPRANOS really doesn't count as a fight scene).
Oh, Frank, I was watching that through my fingers. And even so had to turn away a few times.
I haven't commented because this ep mostly left me wanting to know what comes next.
Though, Alma is breaking my heart with the laudunum drinking and I didn't really understand her scene with Mr. Ellsworth - she came on to him and he decided to move out? Oh, Hostetler's suicide with the sad and shocking tore me up, but I don't really have anything to say about it beyond that.
OK - this is disturbing.
Not for me.
What does that say about me as a person?
