We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Breakfast was low-fat TJ's blueberry yogurt (fruit on the bottom) and surfing the internets.

Had to mix chicken broth and spaghetti sauce in with his kibble to get the beast to eat anything. Sigh.

RIO!

Coding and Sleeping

Fruit on the bottom is really the best way to do yogurt. Oddly, not easy to find at any of my local grocery stores.

Art Crawl!!!

I'm just tired and cranky this morning and people keep on asking me questions that I don't even understand.

Want to go home.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I'm about to try my new trick of making scrambled eggs that are really mostly something else. Today: soy milk.

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

Nutty, how does DeNephew's mom feel? How does Casper feel?

flea sounded good: two hours of labor is always better than 14 (which is how long Casper took). She was very annoyed at the lack of wifi in most of the hospital, and so composed emails on mr. flea's laptop and then sent him home to send them.

Casper is somewhat shy about the whole "OMG what happened to my mom??" thing, and when invited to touch DeNephew she reached out one finger and, like poked him (gently) and retreated. But having mom and baby back in a familiar setting at home, and getting bored with the novelty, will soon bring her around to treating him like the cat, I expect.

For breakfast, I had jam on bread, because it was too hot for toast. Then I treated myself to Dunkies for iced coffee.

Swouncing

sumi, I hope your today gets better.

She was very annoyed at the lack of wifi in most of the hospital

It's silly, I guess, but I'm really glad to read that. If she has the presence of mind to be angry about that sort of thing, then apparently she does feel quite well.

Thanks for keeping us posted, Nutty.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Is there anyone who subscribes to TNR who can send me an article? (Here it is: [link] )

vanguard of the socialist Hollywood liberal homosexualist agenda

I've never really posted with Rio, but I feel this need to go RIO!!!1!

Breakfast was Pirates of the Caribbean cereal, which is like Cocoa Puffs with marshmallows. t Ailleann likes Pirates. And Marshmallows.

A friend just had a baby a few weeks ago, and he also looked like Winston Churchill. Adorable.
