Lydia: Its removal from Burma is a felony and when triggered it has the power to melt human eyeballs. Giles: In that case I've severely underpriced it.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

A thing I love about my neighborhood/New York: this whole World Cup, the neighborhood has seemed especially Brazilian and Mexican (the Bangladeshi and Ecuadoran soccer, nsm), but today there were some little kids on the corner freaking out with Italian flags, and someone driving by honked and waved out the window. There's someone to cheer for any given country, apparently.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I think I need to start carrying green and red cards so that I can instantly, yet silently feedback some public behaviors, like the Mom who wasn't disciplining her children to be quiet in a panel yesterday. The first time is a green card offense....

How does this sound as an itinerary: Boston-Ann Arbor-Omaha-Cheyenne-SLC-San Francisco? I'm trying to come up with a reasonable drive plan, but it's a bit difficult with no experience in the matter.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

You need a yellow card for that, Theodosia. And I think it's a great idea.

Blue lady didn't change. There's a grey chick who joined the cast, but the blue lady didn't change actresses. But she did leave the cast.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Gronk. Stayed up to watch the tennis. Apparently I need more than four hours' sleep a night. Who knew?

On the plus side, the match rocked like a rocking thing.
