But it's not a "top story" in either of the places I went looking, so it's safe to assume it's a problem in some small area not-here, right?
Jesse, I think it's SOP in regards to bathing infants. It's not in the water itself, but, considering babies and the elderly, if they're not wiped completely or some fecal material is washed off in the bath, it can contain e coli (which is harmless where it's usually present in the intestine). If they drink said bathwater, it can cause the bad infection.
