Heh. Jesse, I too have a new pair of Aerosoles that I'm hoping will stretch a bit--they indented my feet, but they are still super-comfy, really. But at the same time as I bought those, I bought another pair of shoes, and they gave me blisters. Stupid shoes.

That is exactly what these seem like. Do they have just a couple of thickish straps?

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Jesse, I hear ya. I tried on eleventy-billion sandals the other day, looking for the OTS, one dressy enough for a casual office but comfy enough to wear all day. I did not find even one dang pair. I have some nice sandals to wear with a skirt, but I can't walk miles in them. I have some Birkenstock-looking flats at home I can walk miles in, but they are not appropriate for the office. I ended up buying these: [link] in black and beige. The are cool and meshy, so I can wear them like sandals, but still, my quest for the OTS goes on.

The last couple of pairs of shoes I've bought have been a higher heel than I normally wear, I'm pretty sure, but pretty comfortable. Weird how that can be -- I always blame heel height, but it's not necessarily so.

Ah, found the ones I just got! [link] But I paid twenty five bucks! And 2.5" sounds about right for me, heel-wise.

Same pair! Damn, Jesse, you got those for $25??!?! I'm jealous--I spent $50 at DSW, but justified it because they are supercomfy (I got them in black). And indeed, ended up walking all over creation in them the other day, and they were quite fine. It's just my feet are a bit fat. :)

Hooray for Century 21! (A huge crazy discount designer store here, for people who don't know.) I'm excited that they've moved their shoes into a semi-separate store area, so I can go shoe shopping there without getting sucked into the clothes madness. Example: There's always a line for the fitting room, and if you have more than 9 things, you have to wait in line again to try on the rest.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

ita, there is a two page ad for Eureka in this week's EW which features Colin very prominently.

There is also a Verizon PotC tiein ad which the caption "Slash Pillage and Download", which I think is a very good motto for the board.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Kat just called me about the ad! My copy hasn't arrived yet.

Speaking of magazines of interest to Buffistas, Kristen Bell is on the cover of something this month in a gold sequined bikini. In Shape? A fitness mag.

I'm assuming we'll be reminded when Eureka is airing, right?
