Shit's all sorts of different now.

I wish the pools in Burbank were open. Em LOVES the water. She tries to swim in the bathtub, if it's full enough. Her godparents bought her a little pool to play in in the yard.

makes note to buy swimming diapers

hip deep in pie

I'm pretty sure, the six to eight black men who will kick your ass. (Edit: YES!!)

I love that story.

Okay, I left the house, got pretty wet, returned, and am not leaving the house for the rest of the day.

I thought I was going to have to leave the house, but I just found out I don't have to. Whee! Except now I'm thinking of things I might like to leave the house for... like, maybe a movie. I got all cleaned and prepped in anticipation of having to leave, so I might as well make use of it for something fun, no?

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I may leave the house too, since I really must get to the dry cleaners today, and I should get to Best Buy as well.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Jesse, I haven't installed it yet, but I got something from Home Depot that's supposed to help support the a/c. This: [link]

ETA: the link doesn't work, apparently. It's an A/C support that's on the website.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I got all cleaned and prepped in anticipation of having to leave, so I might as well make use of it for something fun, no?

Good call.

There's a whole website of pictures of stuff people use to prop up their air conditioners, instead of buying things like that, bon. It's very funny.

I'm just going to stick to my original plan of bringing bubbly to the party. Oh, which I have to get today, since I don't think my local liquor store is open tomorrow.

Art Crawl!!!

Hey, today's mid-day Dog Whisperer features a Jindo that is aggressive in the house.

I'm trying to watch this AND the Tennis match on NBC. Difficult.

I think I've decided on Poseidon.

I have no idea what reviews have been, but I figure the effects are probably good, and it could be fun to compare it to the original. Well, what I remember of the original.

I'm just going to stick to my original plan of bringing bubbly to the party.

I think that's an excellent plan. Always an excellent plan, really.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Jars, yes, NAGPRA controls, but only when the remains are found on federal land. California law would basically require the remains to be handled the same way the federal law would, but the show didn't get into that.

Frankly I have no idea why the FBI was involved in this case at all, looking at it. And at the least they should have brought in someone from BIA or the Interior Dept. to give them a better overview.

I still fantasize about writing an X-Files casefile from the point of view of a DOI attorney...

Art Crawl!!!

I thought that it was Federal because the murder occured at a National museum/park site?
