Jesse, please let me come over when you put your A/C and at least put in a couple of screws.
I have now caulked around both units. The second support was successfully installed. Now, I can't decide. Should I go to IKEA and buy the furniture I know I need and want, or stick close to home and clean out/hang up stuff here?
Thinking about it, I could probably, go out to IKEA, get the furniture ordered and arranged for delivery and be back here by 4 or 5. hmmm.
Do you have a drill that would go through my metal window sashes?
Would I get in trouble for putting holes in?
Yikes, Sue!
I know! There's been rumbling we're the next target since the London bombings. They discovered 3 tonnes of ammonium nitrate, so they were planning some big booms. (The Oklahoma bombings used 1 tonne of the same fertilizer.)
ION, I just got an insanely good deal on a flight to Ottawa/Montreal for July. It's like $140 less than it was a week ago.
Washington Folk Festival is today and tomorrow, so that's where we'll be for at least part of the time. Music! Crafts! Whee.
Have fun. I haven't been to a folk festival in yonks.
Torrential.
Yikes! Okay, it's not that bad here, so far.
Jesse, you really think they are gonna notice a couple of holes? and no, I think you'd get in more trouble if the A/C fell.
Well, yeah. But, you know, seven years and no falling A/C. It really seems well-balanced.
you're crazy.
OK, I decided, I am eating something, then heading to IKEA.
