I am not...I am not the damsel in distress. I am not some case. I have to work this. I've lived in a cave for 5 years in a world where they killed my kind like cattle. I am not going to be cut down by some monster flu. I am better than that. What a wonder...how very scared I am.

yes. You wouldn't think he could, being a cat, but you'd be wrong.

Maybe he just had something stuck on his incisor?

Maybe he's been watching Billy Idol videos while you're at work?

Embrace the idea that we are the leaders we've been looking for. Grace Lee Boggs

There's an "event" button on it, that I'm supposed to press if anything out of the ordinary happens, like a headache. I've been wearing it for not quite an hour yet, and I've pressed it four times.

I wore one of these a few years ago because I was having lots of heart palpitations. I felt like I was pressing the event button every two seconds (ok, not quite, but it felt like it). I was sure they were going to come back and let me know that the gig was up and I was an official hypochondriac. Instead, they said that, wow, there were a lot of episodes. Fortunately, they were of a type normal for a woman my age (that sounds old, but they meant 30s), and so no big deal. Basically, this is a long, mememe way of saying not to worry about pressing the event button. I just hope that they figure out something they can do to help.

Tonight's Supernatural is gross. Good, but gross.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I wonder if they'll ask me about the episodes. This last one...well, I forget when it started, so it's too late to press the button now. But the last time I pressed it, that event lasted a while, and in my normal estimation, the pain now is the same, I just had a little break. The first few were like flash-bang headaches that lasted only a few minutes each.
