Fred: It's the pictures in my mind that are getting me. It's like being stuck in a really bad movie with those Clockwork Orange clampy things on my eyeballs. Wesley: Why imagine? Reality's disturbing enough.

bon! You're such a beautiful woman. I hope bob bob tells you often.

I have some of the pics Polgara took yesterday.

Perkins, how is Ozzie doing?

Allyson, I can't choose which of the three pictures I like best. Well, I'm always horrible at choosing anything "best", but I actually have reasons! I love the colors on the first one - how the purple of your hair is evident, but only slightly, and the blue of that shirt against your lovely complexion. I love the smile on the black-and-white one (you do have such a lovely smile!). And the posing on the third picture is just priceless! Even with no purple to see on the hair and the slightly darker tones.

Polgara really knows how to take good pictures, doesn't she?

[Edit: 2*6=3*4, and 2 is the half of 4, just like 3 is the half of 6. And all this math is from above, to show that this post has words of truth in it, or soemthing. Or maybe that it's late and I should go home. I'm not sure yet which.]

What is even happening?

Allyson, why were you on this Maggie's steps? Is there any fandom significance to the location, or did it just look like a good place to take a picture?

Ha! My comments in Allyson's lj aren't all that different, Nilly, although I did give a slight edge to the black and white shot.

They're my steps, too, Cindy. Fandom is coming from inside the house! Get out now!

Oh, shit. Lemonade on my monitor.

That could be an epilogue to your book, you know...

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Allyson, I like all three pictures, but especially the black and white one.

Perkins, how is Ozzie doing?

Not great. He was doing much better, but yesterday he turned into rage boy again, so I guess I'll take him back to the vet tomorrow.

Oh, I'm sorry to read that. I do hope things get sorted out, soon. For the both of you.

I think I like the first two the best, but the third is a close second because that expression is priceless.

Ozzie does rage boy when he's not feeling well? That's unfortunate, though at least it let's you know something is up. And, I gotta say, your cats are a dysfunctional couple. Of course, I'm one to talk. Mine...well, they ain't a couple, that much is true.

I got a heat headache late friday and unfortunately it hasn't abated. My appetite is in the toilet, which doesn't help it either. I just need 12 hours of cool to get rid of it, but that's really not possible at the moment. I really do prefer heat to cold, and handle it better physically and emotionally, but either way, this is tiresome. I've got a makeshift ac going (frozen jug of water behind a fan) but that is more psychologically effective than physical.

Looking at my poor cats doesn't help. They are all pancaked out, sleeping. I'm not worried about their health (it's only 84, they have plenty of water) they just look...warm.

I think after the laundry finishes, I'll go crawl into the freezer case at the grocery.

I feel sort of like a rock star or something.
