Ozzie got mildly freaked out by the blender this afternoon
Mildly, that is, until Perkins rushed passed him to get uinder the bed. Much more rage and freak out follows.
Fast forward a couple of hours. I have Ozzie calmed down enough even that I could give him his shot.
Ozzie is sitting by the window.
Perkins sees a bird near the window, goes into stalking mode
and then rushes at the window.
I now have 2 new pee stains on the rug, and had to spend an hour convincing Ozzie I wasn't evil and he shouldn't attack me even though I had to yell at him to stop him from attacking Perkins.
I've never heard this. What is the purpose?
They fluff the pillow by bouncing around in the drier.
And now it seems that the pillow manufacturers are buying up all the tennis balls, so that our pillows will be insufficently fluffed and we'll buy new pillows. I suspect that Jesse and Perkins are secretly working for Wamsutta. Trust no one!
But there's nothing to be alarmed about. No sir.
So you're saying that Perkins the cat should consider Ozzie's freakishness before doing normal cat things?
No. Common sense and or a sense of survivial would be nice though.
eta: which is not to say it's not rage cat's fault too
Strega, I just read your white font.
I'm afraid we have to kill you now. Sorry about that.
Cats are silly, lack common sense, and are at times very ungraceful. Silly Perkins, silly Ozzie.
My two sillies have both run into the wall repeatedly. INTO the wall. I feel sorry for my neighbors, but there is nothing I can do about the fact that they are dumb. The cats, not the neighbors. I haven't met my neighbors, and have therefore not formed an opinion about their intelligence.
My cats, on the other hand, insist on sitting in frying pans, running into mirrors, and less understandably, running smack into the wall. Head on.
They are so lucky they are cute and have skulls made of steel.
If your cats fail to receive a coded message from me tomorrow, there will be... repercussions.
The thing with the blender was just a test to make sure the conditioning worked.
Yay for internet at home, Alibelle!

Both of mine have either jumped without looking or fallen into a tub full of water. So very funny.
I did freak Gilda out the other night by playing a cat sound file a few times. I felt kinda bad when it took a couple of hours to get her calmed down. She was all tense and growly and ready to take on my computer.
