Jayne (Husband): Oh, I think you might wanna reconsider that last part. See, I married me a powerful ugly creature. Mal (Wife): How can you say that? How can you shame me in front of new people? Jayne (Husband): If I could make you purtier, I would. Mal (Wife): You are not the man I met a year ago.

They probably intend to and it takes them a few months to get the package, the envelope, and postage all in the same place at the same time. Because they're incompetent.

Hypothetically.

(Also: yay!)

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

More people should send Allyson presents, IMO.

Agreed!

Ima go update my wishlist in case I end up with fans who will send me offerings, someday.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Yay for Maine and prezzies!

Here's my new $20 bathing suit I mentioned earlier. Notice that if you buy it online it costs -ahem- $72. [link] Does smug dance of bargain-finding.

Oddly, I seem to wear a 12 in bathing suits, although I wear an 8-10 in regular clothes. Don't know what that's about.

things like body length matter a lot -- my sister that used to wear a 6 - wore a 12 bathing suit at the same time I wore 12/14 in colthes and and a 14 in a bathing suit. bathing suits do not fit like regular clothes

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Very cute suit, Robin.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Oh! And! Some kid said he wished I taught Algebra II so I could be his teacher next year. Which, honestly? Even if he IS just kissing ass? So. Sweet.
It is terribly sweet and I believe him. When I need math? I am totally asking you.

Apropos of nothing, at dinner tonight with my dad and Pamela? My dad starts talking about a paper my brother wrote as a high school senior. It was the only thing I ever plagerized.

And by plagerized, I mean I took his file, put my name on it and turned it in. Never even read it. Something about Kennedy and the Bay of Pigs, I think. Bad Cass. Also bad brother, cause I got a B.

I blame the glass of wine for the fact that I copped the theft to my dad tonight after 15 years. What I am wondering, how the hell did dad remember a paper my brother wrote? I mean, even if he did read the drafts and help him make mental leaps... Fucking Chardonnay.

Also, one day I'll stop being NGA again, right? We don't talk about the NGA club so much anymore. Why is that? Is everybody GS but me? Or have the rest of you matured past that point? ("We do not press the point. We waive it. We look over it.")
Denial. D. Ni. Al.

I can't even remember the name of Dog-of-[Buffista]
Lu** is often a good choice, it has better than average odds of actually being right.

Quit spying!

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Nice suit, Robin.

I need a new bathing suit, as the last one I bought was when I was nursing Franny and now the top doesn't fit. I mean, it fits well enough for me to wear it when I'm at a pool with the kids, but it doesn't fit like it's supposed to.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

Emily, I know you're probably asleep by now (sleeping off those G&Ts!), but you are smart, pretty, and a damn good teacher. Anybody who can get a kid to tell her they want her to be their teacher is damn good!!

Oh, and as for this?

Also, one day I'll stop being NGA again, right? We don't talk about the NGA club so much anymore. Why is that? Is everybody GS but me? Or have the rest of you matured past that point?

Believe me, nobody has been NGA for as long as me. Seriously. At least, no one who GS at one point in their past.
