Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I might be too chagrined to admit the actual show... There was bad tv ending (make it a series finale and I am as putty in your bad writing hands with the emotional bits) and my tv watched it for me and I got sucked into the whole drama.

That’s okay. I was PMSing and I got choked up (white fonted for my embarassment) at the Simpsons episode where Bart and Lisa play hockey and it all comes down to the penalty shot, and Lisa skates aside for Bart to have a free shot, and he decides not to take it. And then they skate off holding hands.

Anyone here take Naproxen? I took it for the first time this morning, and I've been violently vomiting for the last hour (about every 10 minutes...oh so fun!). Do we think that's the culprit, or is it just one of my random vomiting kicks?

I take it. They warn you that it might make you nauseated if you take it on an empty stomach, but it doesn’t bother me.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Is Hecubus around? I need someone to tell me what to do with my hair.

Are you getting it cut? I need to cut my hair, too. If only Nick Arrojo wasn't so expensive, and, like, in New York.

YES. I swear to god, I had that thought in the car.

Are you getting it cut?

It needs something, so I figure I might as well get the ten inches cut off and donate it. It's what comes after that that's the problem. Like an actual style, perhaps, except one that would suit my freakishly fine hair (fine in the thin sense, not FOINE) and that wouldn't require more than about five minutes of attention in the morning.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Kathy, the wildlife lady at the San Diego Zoo called babies like that 'tuckers', as in, their moms tuck them away while they're out browsing.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

My hair is also freakishly fine, and I'm not inclined to do more than wash, comb, and go. I've found a well-cut bob tends to work best for me.

Too short! Too short!

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Dana, you should be getting some disks from me this week. If you don't, please let me know, since our postal service out here sucks, and sometimes that happens.
