I am just waking up, since when I got back to the hotel room last night, my under-the-door-folio had my room rate at $500 a night and I had to go downstairs to convince the desk clerk that no, my room charges should NOT be $1,236.

Got that settled, but still didn't get to sleep until 5.

Yeah, it was a new clerk at the desk when I checked in, and all of the details were wrong. The clerk last night said it appeared as though she accidentally typed in "500" because, as a "Starwood Platinum" member, I get 500 points per stay. Since they don't even have a room rate that goes that high, he knew it was a mistake and fixed it. Still, though, the folio gave me a heart attack.
