Um, well, we listened to aggressively cheerful music sung by people chosen for their ability to dance. Then we ate cookie dough, and talked about boys.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

That is both CJ's little league opening day (y'all want to come over for that???) and Sonoma State's Open House (K-Bug hasn't decided if she wants to go up for that or not). So my morning/early afternoon is crammed with mommy duties.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Kee-rap. So it's looking like Saturday is not so good, huh? I'm supposed to hang with non-ista friend all day Sunday. Hmmph.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I'm getting my hair cut Saturday about 11:00, but I could do something before that. Afterwards is out though, because I'm going to see Bruce.

Our wings are not tired.

Smonster et al: I am up for something any time during that weekend. I'd host, but I am sorta outta the way (about 5 miles South of San Francisco). There are lots of options for brunch in the City, though.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

smonster and I do have wheel availability (though I'm not sure how sanguine she is about riding on the back of ZillahPuppy).

Also, if there were a dinner somewhere in SF on Friday the 11th, in honor my mother visiting, would SF-istas like to attend? It'd probably have to be near-ish NB, just due to timing....

A picture of juliana and smonster on ZillahPuppy might result in right clicking. (Is that what the kids are calling it these days?)

Juliana, I'd love to see your mother again!

Update on hotels:

As mentioned previously, both the Inn at the Park and the InnTowner are completey booked for the weekend of June 20-22.

I stopped by the Candlewood Suites today and just caught their sales coordinator on the way out the door. They do have more than enough rooms available for that weekend. Lucia is going to call me tomorrow so we can talk about more particulars. I'm more than happy to just go with Candlewood and not worry about trying to find other options. As late in the year as it is, I don't think we'll be finding much available in town that isn't in really poor locations.

Shall I go ahead and get the ball rolling?

Also, do we have an approximate head count of folks coming and/or number of rooms we might need? I don't want to sign off for more than we can deliver.

Thanks for the research, SailAweigh.

I'll be attending, but will be staying at the Madison Sheraton (and contributing to prom/everything else costs at wherever y'all decide to stay) so no need to worry about me for room counts.

Cool! You'll be about 2 miles up the road from me. At least you'll count for catering numbers, javachick. Every little bit helps.
