I'm going to be in SF (well, really Oakland, but whatever) next week, from Wednesday, Oct 24th through Monday, Oct 29th.

And I'll be in Berkeley/Oakland Friday the 26th through the afternoon of the 28th. I have plans Friday for lunch, and Sunday a.m., but can otherwise shuffle things.

Megan, it is down on the Embarcaderro... Delancey Street. Beautiful views, good food, good cause, reasonable prices and parking.

Delancey is difficult about reservations for large parties, IIRC. Like, requiring a prix fixe menu, etc. They could have changed things, but that was my experience.

Whereever it is, we'll want reservations ASAP. That's going to be a busy, be-costumed night. We'll also probably want to stay away from anything vaguely Castro-ish. (Which is too bad, because otherwise I'd suggest Home or Lime.)

Juliana - I hadn't had that problem with Delancey - but I also hadn't thought about the date. At least the location is fairly away from most of the party areas.

I will get an e-mail out tonight to count heads - or folks can start e-mailing my profile. So far I think we have Val, me, Megan, juliana (?), -t, Lee, Sparky (?)...
