All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Omnis, if you want to come to Chicago for the Oct 13 Saturday bash we'd be happy to have you join us.

DCistas! libkitty has made it to town and we need a place where we can all gather for dinner tomorrow night (preferably near Metro)! I've sent an email to the DC list.

I'm unqualified to suggest dinner places in DC.

Do the Chicagoistas have any suggestions as to where we should go for Saturday's birthday bash?

Now tagless for your comfort.

I wish I could be in Chicago Saturday! It's my actual birthday. We'll be house hunting, though.

I didn't realize we had the same birthday, Cashmere.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Do the Chicagoistas have any suggestions as to where we should go for Saturday's birthday bash?

If the suburbs are an option, I recommend Meson Sabika in Naperville.

I won't be able to join you guys for Saturday night's dinner (have to work at the bookstore), but I was wondering if there's anyone who'd like to join me apple-picking in Woodstock on Sunday? According to that link, the orchard has Braeburns (my faves!) and Jonathans available, with Winesaps almost ready for picking (and they might be ready by Sunday, as fast as everything's ripening this year). They also have chocolate mint tea, honey, and hand-dipped candles for sale, among other items.

You can e-mail me at my profile addy if you'd like to join me!
